I hired this cleaner through Thumbtack for a deep cleaning, and my home was left disgusting. There was dust and dirt everywhere, and the job was nowhere near what was advertised or promised. She requires payment in advance, which I now regret. The work was not even half done and certainly not a deep clean. Garbage was left on my floor overnight, and basic cleaning tasks were ignored. This was a complete waste of my time and money when I could have hired professional cleaners instead. She claims to be a professional, but her work does not reflect that. Her name is Raquel, and I strongly advise others to stay away. I have pictures and videos showing the condition my home was left in.
