After a previous wildlife remover failed us, we hired Attic Fanatics to help us remove a family of squirrels in our attic. Previous guy told us "no babies" and installed a one-way exit(only adult squirrels can use one-way exits). However, we kept hearing noises, so we got a second opinion from Attic Fanatics.
Attic Fanatics offered to not only clear out the squirrels, but also to: Replace old insulation, vacuum, clean, disinfect, and seal all entry points. As they were doing this, they found 3 BABY SQUIRRELS, which I had a feeling were up there based on all the noises I've been hearing for weeks. I'm so glad Attic Fanatics found those babies, unlike the first guy who nearly sealed their mom away from them due to the one-way exit!
I asked the team if it would be possible to leave the babies in my backyard for their mom to find later. They agreed by creating a temporary, makeshift nest for them. Within 2 hours of placing the babies in the backyard, their mom found them! Initially, she tried to re-enter our attic, but Attic Fanatics thankfully sealed it off so well that the squirrels can no longer get in. So mom caved. I watched her carry each baby off to another location, away from our attic.
On top of that, the new insulation has made a huge difference in our homes temperature. Normally, our second floor is always hot in the summer, but after the new insulation was placed, it's far more comfortable now.
Overall, I'm happy. My only regret is that we didn't go with them FIRST.

Very happy with Attic Fanatics! Marlon was very thorough in terms of evaluating my attic for clean up after raccoon infestation and renewing it with all new insulation and sealing it and protecting it in the future. The team performing the work was very clean wrapping all of the inside rooms with plastic. Alexis and his guys worked extremely hard in the brutal cold weather clearing out the old insulation and animal debris, disinfecting the space, then leaving the attic like new and fully insulated. I definitely recommend Attic Fanatics to clean and restore your attic space.

"I had a rodent problem in my attic, and this company responded quickly they came the very next day and sealed everything up. Afterward, I still heard some crawling noises and called them back. They returned promptly, addressed the issue, and explained that its normal for animals to attempt to re-enter for a short time. They reassured me that the scratching would subside within a few days, which it has significantly. I also appreciate the one-year guarantee that gives me peace of mind knowing they will come back if needed. Overall, Im very pleased with their professionalism and service so far."

We had a great experience with Attic Fanatics! Reuben came out the next day after we called and we explained what we wanted done. We have a large, old attic, and he crawled around and looked and measured and gave us a quote while he was there. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. The quote was very reasonable for the scope of work to be done, so we decided to go forward. The crew came out early the next week and worked their butts off the whole day. They were respectful of our house, and very professional. They cleaned, vacuumed, disinfected, sealed holes, and completely replaced/added new insulation. They even inspected the exterior of the house and blocked some holes where squirrels could get in (and were, as it turned out).Overall, everyone here did exactly what we had hoped for. Attic work is dirty and difficult, but that didnt stop the crew from completely transforming the space. Reuben even checked in during and after the work to make sure everything was done properly.We couldnt be happier with the results, and highly recommend this company.
