Had a landscaping issue with water collecting on my driveway. WaterWerks provided a great solution along with a landscapedesign that so far has done the job. Also, very pleasant to deal with and always communicated even if there was a minor delay due to scheduling or weather related issue. Would definitely hire again.

Sean and his team had a huge, messy task helping to clear, level, sod and seed our 1 acre property. After our tree removal contractor completed his job, he left our yard with massive craters, tire tracks, weeds, tree stumps and other unpleasant disasters. Sean was patient, transparent, and a perfectionist. He treated our lawn like it was his own and gave sound advice while respecting our budget. Speaking of budget, he worked with us to stick to ours, which I know wasn’t easy. I am grateful for the kindness, professionalism, and the stellar job done. Thank you so much!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It’s always cheaper to do it right the first time.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually I setup an appointment to meet potential clients, I bring various literature and photos of previous work performed. We review what the clients needs are and what’s expected. I walk them through the process of the project. I write up a estimate and if it gets approval I require a small deposit to start the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We stay current on new trends and products that hit the market. We’re consistently going to trade seminar and shows to have the most current information that I can pass along to the homeowner so they can make an informed decision.
