Had a landscaping issue with water collecting on my driveway. WaterWerks provided a great solution along with a landscape design that so far has done the job. Also, very pleasant to deal with and always communicated even if there was a minor delay due to scheduling or weather related issue. Would definitely hire again.

Sean is great.. I have one pond that trickles into a 2ND one, which I've been having problems with since I switched from concrete to plastic 3 yrs ago...Sean recommended using a liner and making one big pond... he added some boulders and a new filtration system...he also sold me Koi's...His price was fair and his workmanship was great ...I highly recommend WaterWerks!!! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It’s always cheaper to do it right the first time.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually I setup an appointment to meet potential clients, I bring various literature and photos of previous work performed. We review what the clients needs are and what’s expected. I walk them through the process of the project. I write up a estimate and if it gets approval I require a small deposit to start the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We stay current on new trends and products that hit the market. We’re consistently going to trade seminar and shows to have the most current information that I can pass along to the homeowner so they can make an informed decision.
