What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common types of jobs that we perform are flood clean-ups cased by broken pipes, roof leaks, hot water heater floods and sewage spills. We also do many mold claims that are caused from water intrusion in the bathroom, kitchen, attic, basement or crawlspace. We take the job back to pre-loss condition including all the re-construction!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The best advice that I could give a customer who is looking to hire a Mold professional is to do their homework. Check to see that the company they are interested in has insurance (general liability, mold pollution, workman's comp., etc.), that they have a N.J. Home Improvement Registration #, that they have a EPA Lead Safe Cert., that they are certified with at least one affiliation (i.e. IICRC or IAQ) and ask for many referrals or even goole them to see on-line ratings or a B.B.B. rating.
