I am a single pregnant woman who is currently on leave from my job until I deliver my baby. Marc was very professional in his demeanor. He was very easy going and I felt comfortable around him while he was working in my home. He did a great job. I would definitely hire him again and recommend his services to anyone who needed his expertise for any sort of floor covering!

Marc arrived on time and ready to work. He was very patient with me with my questions about doing my stairs and what the material of the carpet consisted of. He was very meticulous around the stairs balusters which impressed me. There were no gaps or frays at all. He took his time like a pro and did great work. I would totally recommend him as a carpet technician.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have my own system .I have always asked the customer what their budget is and we take it from there. It's been a very successful system I've got many of call backs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always treat the customer with respect. I do the work in their house as if I were working in my own. I always find out what their budget is and work within their means .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started as a helper 25 years ago for Sandler and Worth Carpet and shortly after started my own business. I've also worked for Home Depot and Lowes . All my training was on the job.
