- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is straightforward and transparent. I don’t charge hidden fees, and travel within [X miles] is included. For larger events or extended shoots, we can create a custom package to fit your needs. I also offer discounts for multi-hour bookings, repeat clients, and bundled photo + video packages. If you have a budget in mind, feel free to share it, and I’ll do my best to work with you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is simple and stress-free. First, I connect with you to understand your vision, style, and specific needs for the shoot. Then, I’ll suggest ideas for locations, lighting, and timing to get the best results. On the day of the shoot, I make sure everything runs smoothly and comfortably so you can just focus on enjoying the moment. After the session, I edit and deliver the final photos (and video if included) within the agreed timeframe, making sure you’re completely satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve built my skills through years of hands-on experience shooting portraits, events, and real estate. I work with professional equipment including the Sony A7 III, DJI drone, and gimbal for smooth video. I’ve also trained myself in editing software like Lightroom and Premiere Pro to deliver high-quality results. Beyond technical skills, I’ve learned how to work closely with clients to make them feel comfortable and capture the best possible moments.
