- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I prefer 1/2 hoour sessions at least 2tiwce a week with a minimum 3 month commitment
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each new client is run though a battery of tests to detmine a baseline Eating habits are gone through and a person nutrition plan is developed upon each clients needs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have numerous certifications including a BA from Rutgers university,National Council on Strength and Fitness (NCSF) Certified Nutrition Specialist. Kettle Bell Trainer,Resistance training. Strength training over 50, Check medicine ball training, Master Bodyweight instructor, Certified kickboxing trainer,Functional Fitness Master trainer, complete list submitted upon request
