- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I Evaluate The Overall Health Of Any Piano I Tune, And Do Everything Possible To Safely Arrive At A Pitch Of A-440 In One Tuning Session. Many Times Clients Call With Specific Piano Issues, So I Will Address Those Issues First And Foremost Along With Standard Tuning Service.
