Colleen was fantastic. Friendly, flexible and responsive from the beginning. Answered all my questions. Was honest and upfront about what to expect. Colleen planned her appointment covering every detail of time of arrival and locating my address by GPS. She arrived on time and went right to work. She explained all of her work and what she found. Colleen with Piano Preservation was amazing! She is extremely knowledgeable and worked with such care on our 118 year old upright Charles Stieff. Colleen was also very straight forward and provided a disclaimer about the risks every piano has with being tuned such as the possibility of strings breaking or damaging the soundboard. Thankfully this did not happen and the piano sounds so much better! Her price was also very reasonable and she made it clear that her price would ONLY change if there was a repair that needed to be made. I highly recommend Colleen with Piano Preservation for anyone with piano tuning needs!

My Price Quote Includes The Tuning Of Your Piano And Fine Regulation To Keys And Pedals. I'm Happy To Offer Group Discounts To My Customers Who Book Their Appointments Together Within Township Lines.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I Evaluate The Overall Health Of Any Piano I Tune, And Do Everything Possible To Safely Arrive At A Pitch Of A-440 In One Tuning Session. Many Times Clients Call With Specific Piano Issues, So I Will Address Those Issues First And Foremost Along With Standard Tuning Service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I Was Trained At North Bennet Street School In Boston. NBSS Has The Only Full Time Program In The US To Certify Piano Technicians.
