No hidden fees, everything is disclosed up front.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on the scope of the work, I like to see the job in person before pricing, if possible. However in reality we all have time constraints and it is not always possible. I like to see pictures/videos if possible from the customer but some jobs require a deeper dive and a site visit.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed master plumber and have been in the trade for 11 years. I did 4 years of plumbing trade school after graduating college in a completely different field.
