We just moved into our new house and of course there are issues that need to get fixed that we initially didn’t realize from before we moved in. We had an issue with sump pump drainage and a leak from our sewer cap. Infinite comfort sent me a profile and picture of the plumber that was supposed to arrive, for safety. Fabio was so nice and went above and beyond to take care of our needs. I appreciated his work so much that I signed up for their service maintenance program for a one time yearly fee.

My mother had a broken pipe under the kitchen sink and a broken connection to the dishwasher. I set up the appointment for my mom but I wasn't able to be there in person for the repair. Fabio kept me informed through the entire process. He showed up on time and completed the job professionally. His final bill was even lower than the estimate.

I had 4 people come in to give me a quote for this job (tub drain pipe needed replacement, so did pipes leading to boiler). Fabio was the last person to give me a quote and the most professional. He explained things patiently, politely and was super friendly. He went back to his truck and gave me a printout of exactly what the quote was for the jobs. The only written quote of the day! I was also impressed with how thorough he was and how neat he left the area. Highly recommended!

My experience with Fabio was an awesome one. First of all, out of ALL of the plumbers I had come give me an estimate on a new boiler install, he was literally the ONLY one who checked to see if the problem actually existed. Not only that, he tried to find ways that I could get around having to buy a new boiler. He checked for gas leaks, he checked my chiminey, he explained the process, told me about possible "hidden fees" with the town inspection, and even offered to include other plumbing issues I had in my basement at a discounted rate upon choosing his company. In addition he was punctual, efficient, and had a very good demeanor about him. I would definitely use this company and refer to others! :-)
