From start to finish, Jose and JMF Contracting LLC exceeded my expectations. He removed a large patio, regraded our yard to improve drainage, installed additional drainage, and seeded the entire area. The quality of the work was excellent, and everything was completed with great attention to detail.

What really set Jose apart was his professionalism and communication. Throughout the entire project, he kept me informed, made sure all of the required town approvals were handled properly, and was always available to answer my questions. It gave me a lot of confidence knowing the project was being managed the right way.

On a personal note, my 3-year-old son was fascinated by the work being done. Jose was incredibly patient and kind, taking the time to include him whenever he wandered outside to watch. That small gesture meant a lot to our family and speaks volumes about the kind of person he is.

If you're looking for someone who is honest, professional, communicates well, and truly cares about the quality of their work and their customers, I would absolutely trust Jose with any future project and highly recommend JMF Contracting LLC.

Jose did my main water pipeline replacement and his work quality is very high which is rare among the contractors.He is highly responsive ,methodical and very prompt.i wish his services includes literally everything that’s related to house so that I could have outsourced everything to him

We had this contractor come in to install a 4-inch drainage line from the exterior of our foundation all the way out to the street. They also tied in both of our gutter downspouts into the same line, and the entire system has been working flawlessly. Since the work was completed, we haven’t had a single drop of water in our basement—something we had struggled with for years. The crew was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient from start to finish. I highly recommend this business for any of your excavating and drainage needs. Excellent work and peace of mind!
