Rich's Top Notch
About this pro
Had an odd job: ivy for my grandmothers gravesite. The added catch: I live 500 miles away, in NC. Took Rich a bit of time to find the ivy to match my grandfather's grave, but he did a spectacular job. And handled it all remotely. Good guy, and good work. Recommend highly.Jun 29, 2018Verified
I like a lot of things about Rich. He's friendly and does great work, but he's notoriously unreliable and often doesn't follow up in the timeframe he promises. It's a shame, because I really do think he does a good job.May 15, 2018VerifiedRich F.'s reply
Hey Brett, We do appriciate the compkiments and do apologize through weather and other unexpected events that come up timelines do get pushed we do apologize for that!
Rich did a really great job and I would definitely consider him as the professionalist for my next project. High Recommended!Jan 29, 2018Verified
Rich's Top Notch was awesome! Having not cleaned up our leaves all fall, when I called Rich, I was amazed by how responsive he was in coming out to our property, giving a price quote and discussing with me the other yard cleanup options which he offers. Then, he got us into his schedule later that week before a major snow storm. When I got home after he had done his work, I almost couldn't recognize our property - it was so clean! I don't think there was a scrap of a leaf anywhere. I will definitely use Rich's Top Notch again!Jan 11, 2018
