- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Before providing a quote, we consider the size of the project, model of product and additional materials needed. We are flexible with pricing and do our best to work within your budget!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process includes consulting with the customer. We will ask general questions regarding the project and make sure we can provide exactly what you hope for. Then a quote is provided, before setting dates and discussing specifications of the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
