The technicians were very communicative when they were running a little behind schedule and once arrived identified the problem promptly and installed a new sump pump, since mine was old and failing fast. They provided a comprehensive quote on the spot and, had all the equipment and were very contientious entering my home with 'booties' to make sure they were not tracking dirt in and out. My only additional comment is I had requested a second quote on a heating system which I am still waiting on 3 days later. Overall I am happy with the experience and would contact them again for future HVAC/Plumbing issues.

When FixAll couldn’t solve the problem with my kitchen drain, they dispatched another contractor, who came to my house in awful weather, got on the roof and identified and solved the problem. FixAll stayed on top of the problem until it was resolved.
