Sam, Christy and all the staff at Startups Catering saved our wedding!!! Our caterer cancelled TWO DAYS before the event and the crew at Startups were able to take our vision and run with it to deliver delicious food in theme with what we wanted in such a tight turnaround. We loved their flexibility to cater what we wanted for our event. I cannot stress how nice it was to work with Christy to sort out details for the event. We called several caterers but chose Startups since Christy was sensational in being professional, calming our nerves and really listening to what we wanted and communicating with us. The catering went so smoothly on the night and everyone loved the food, would HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone planning a wedding or event!

What a fantastic experience with Startups Catering & Events! From the moment I posted my requirements - to 2 hours after my event ended - the team could not have been more professional, responsive and accommodating. AND the food was absolutely incredible. I gave them a very strict budget, and we worked together to complete my menu and stay "under". The day of delivery, they kept in touch (an hour prior, 30 minutes prior) until they reached our site -- Delivery and set-up was completed in no time, and our event start exactly as planned. Sam was my main contact. I have no hesitations to giving this crew a 5-star review.

We had a wedding on September 30th, 2023. Sam and his crew were awesome! The food was incredible. Everyone raved about the food. Sam's communication was perfect. His crew was friendly and professional. We have absolutely no complaints about them. Sam and his crew couldn't have done it better.

Sam, Christy, and team were all absolutely marvelous. They went above and beyond to make sure the menu, set up, and service for our wedding met our hopes. They worked with us on all the little minute details and never got tired of our questions. They were also so wonderfully easy going and happy to change as needed. The food was delicious and the service was 10/10. They and all their staff were really a pleasure. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them or hire them again.

Great value and great staff. We ended up going another route more culturally specific to our needs, but Sam was great in their efforts. Will keep in mind for non-vegan events.
