From first contact, to the time of the final cleanup of our event, Sam and the Startups Catering team were professional, timely and excellent in all things. Truthfully - there’s not a single area of complaint or criticism. Our event was one with some cultural complexity and uniqueness. Frankly, I’m not sure Sam and his team had much prior experience with these particular aspects of what we needed. However, as a testimony to their ability to LISTEN to the needs of their clients, they absolutely executed flawlessly every last detail of what we requested. The food was phenomenal! The venue we worked with commented on what a joy they were to work with, and I believe they gave out every business card they brought as several of our 180 guests (many of whom have need of caterers) requested their info. Sam and his team will be my first call next time I need someone. 10 out of 10!
