It was such a pleasure to work with Rob. He came, removed the old, faulty thermostat and did a temporary fix so I'd have heat while I waited for a new thermostat to arrive. I was so grateful because the temps really dropped just days later but I was warm in my house. I decided to replace the unit in another room, too because it was quirky. Rob made sure I ordered the right units online, and when the new thermostats arrived, he came by installed them, and made sure the heat was working before he left. He also took care of two exterior lights that weren't working. We talked about future switch and outlet projects that I have planned, and he advised me on the best products for the replacements. Totally easy, above-board guy to work with and I have total trust in giving him those future projects because he's trustworthy and not looking to rob (no pun intended) anyone.
