- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our consulting fees are put towards the customers purchase of the projects we design. If we provide help in honing a scope with the home owner or business owner it runs about $300 USD. If we are then hired to do a full design at approximately $3,200 USD, the $300 is applied to the new balance. This is a fair discount since we effectively had started on the project already.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Onboarding new clients start with a virtual call to discuss the project. We will cover the budget and scope in a consultation conversation. After familiarity with the project is made we will set realistic expectations of what can be done and in what timing. If all of this is agreeable we begin happily supporting our customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Digital Seven Studios stays at the front of the industry technologically starting by studying Architecture at Texas Tech University, continuing education at NJIT with a Major in Industrial Design and years working my way from Junior Designer to Director of Design before starting my own firm. Our software is made in house to fit modern day needs and pull the industry into the digital age. Every step of my career has lead me to this moment.
