Thanks again Ken for the fine job processing my 2017 tax returns. I needed a tax professional as my returns were more complicated than usual. Ken was thorough, patient, responsive (I am what you would politely call, inquisitive!) and most importantly, knowledgeable about the tax code. Ken did an outstanding job of completing our taxes this year. He completed 2 trust fund 1041's, my personal federal taxes, as well as our non-resident state tax return. The price was very reasonable. Ken put in the time to understand my situation and needs. The returns were not straight forward but Ken was willing to try several options to minimize my tax liability. He put in the extra work to make sure I got everything that I could. On top of all this, the timing and turn around was excellent. Ken is extremely responsive. I absolutely saved money by having Ken prepare my taxes. He is highly recommended!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rate for Professional work varies on the nature of the job . The base price is 150.00 However, I want to be fair with each client.bookkeeping depends on how involved and the length of time it is.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know them as well as I possibly can. They might have deductions they never thought of. I have a conversation with them about their lives so I can better understand them, so they get the maximum value on their Tax Return.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes 120 hours every 3 years
