- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
- Hourly Rate + Tolls & Parking (if applicable) + Travel Fee (if travelling over one hour one-way). - Average work day is six hours (typically 9:30-3:30 but flexible) - Four hour (in one day) minimum - Eight hour (in one day) maximum - Donation accumulation & drop-off included in pricing (as much as we can fit in my car or scheduling a pick-up from your home if need be). - Discounts are given for referrals
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free consultation where we discuss the scope of project: - What service(s) are you requesting? - Are you interested in editing your items? Which means deciding if we are letting any items go to be tossed or donated. - How many members live in your household? - What is your desired time frame to begin/end? - Are you interested in purchasing any new storage solutions or working with what you have? - What is your budget (if any)? - Do you have any photos/videos of space being discussed? Then we move forward with scheduling.
