Carly is absolutely magical!!!She came to our condo in Boston and it was one of the best investments weve made! She is a true professional while simultaneously being incredibly warm and supportive. Carly is incredibly fast, extremely detail-oriented, creative and clearly passionate about helping people through creating a beautiful space with sustainable systems!We recently moved cross-country and downsized significantly to our new place in Boston. We still had lots of boxes to unpack and waiting for furniture to be delivered. We were so overwhelmed and didnt even know where to start.Carly helped us get a significant number of boxes unpacked and organized. She helped us decide on additional storage furniture like an over the toilet cabinet, shoe cupboard and entryway bench. And provided several options for storage products that we could use throughout the house, including on shelves, in cabinets and in our closets.She even helped consult us on how to tackle any remaining areas ourselves after she left! We plan to hire Carly again in the near future once we have lived in the space longer to optimize every area and we cant wait!

If you have a space in need of organization, hiring pretty neat is a no brainer. My beloved basement office studio was overrun by baby storage and years of accumulation. In one day their team whipped it into shape, organized everything, and added labels everywhere. I can now work and breathe again without feeling like I'm about to be buried. Great work!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
- Hourly Rate + Tolls & Parking (if applicable) + Travel Fee (if travelling over one hour one-way). - Average work day is six hours (typically 9:30-3:30 but flexible) - Four hour (in one day) minimum - Eight hour (in one day) maximum - Donation accumulation & drop-off included in pricing (as much as we can fit in my car or scheduling a pick-up from your home if need be). - Discounts are given for referrals
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free consultation where we discuss the scope of project: - What service(s) are you requesting? - Are you interested in editing your items? Which means deciding if we are letting any items go to be tossed or donated. - How many members live in your household? - What is your desired time frame to begin/end? - Are you interested in purchasing any new storage solutions or working with what you have? - What is your budget (if any)? - Do you have any photos/videos of space being discussed? Then we move forward with scheduling.
