- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We will always work with the client to make sure that our price is agreeable to them. We will never charge just for a “Visit”, only if the repair is actually done and the issue is resolved.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to get as much information we can from the client about the history of the system problem, that immensely helps us in diagnosing the issue quickly and accurately, enabling us to do the repair in an efficient and cost effective manner.
