- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Manuel Torres, we believe in providing fair, honest, and competitive pricing. Every project is different, so we provide detailed estimates based on the size of the job, materials, preparation work, and customer goals. We are transparent about pricing with no hidden fees and always work to provide quality service at a reasonable price. Free estimates are available for all projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by discussing the customer’s project, goals, timeline, and budget. After scheduling a consultation or estimate, we inspect the area and provide recommendations when needed. Once the estimate is approved, we schedule the work and maintain open communication throughout the project to ensure everything is completed professionally and to the customer’s satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have years of hands-on experience in painting and flooring installation. Through working on residential and commercial projects, we have developed strong skills in surface preparation, finishing, flooring installation, and attention to detail. We continue learning new techniques and products to provide high-quality workmanship on every project.
