- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Many times I will schedule a time for us to meet at the individuals home to see the property. We will discuss the scope of work and what need to be done . Once I learn what you as the client is trying to accomplish I will either recommend services geared towards that goal or tell you not to do some of the services you requested as they may not be needed (example: your lawn is brown and hired me to fertilize it so It can get green again. In this case I’d tell you all you need is to mow it higher during very hot weather months and water it more often) Money is great but a satisfied client that sees you as an honest individual is even better.
