I reached out to the company pretty late at night and they were able to get us scheduled in for the very next day. I was at work, but my son and husband explained the issue and the guy got right to work and fixed our dryer lint clog that was so bad I was blowing it out with my dry vac the night before and it was coming all back into the laundry room instead of going outside. My son had laundry in there and I heard it running heavy and then I started to smell smoke and you would've thought there was a full blown fire it was so strong. I pulled it right off the wall and the vent detached and that was it for me. Called a professional and he did the job. Probably saved our home and our lives to be real honest. The dryer is so different now. The lint tray fills up with a nice little sheet of lint instead of clumps and everything dries faster. I didn't meet the guy, so I don't know his name, but definitely will use them in the future for anything they do. The photo was just some of the mess I was making blowing it out. He did a great job.

The $59 service call fee for providing an estimate and doing no work was disappointing. The technician who showed up was great! He was very nice and knowledgeable, but again, paying for an estimate was mind boggling to me. After he left, it took several days to get his company to send an estimate and it required me contacting Thumbtack to get it. Ironically, after getting that, Thumbtack then stated they didn’t know who the vendor is nor how they got my information from their website, which makes me question this service as well. When I finally received the quote, it was almost double the other vendor and 7 times the cost of the vendor I selected, all to so the same exact job.
