I have dined at Brian Helds newest restaurant, Sisao several times since it opened. He has consistently exceeded my expectations every time! There is no limit to his talent or creativity in the kitchen. In my opinion he is one of the best chefs that NJ has and we are lucky that we have access to such talent in Hunterdon County. His staff is attentive and his new restaurant gives off a cozy vibe. I look forward to more incredible dining experiences this year!

Our dinner at Sisao Restaurant in Lambertville was outstanding. The service and food were exceptional. Our waitress was incredibly attentive and helpful in guiding us through the menu options. We had the prix fixe menu, and I thoroughly enjoyed the gnocchi scallops appetizer, salmon entree and bananas fostereverything was absolutely delicious. The dining experience was enhanced by the cozy yet elegant ambiance. Will return in future.

We ordered catering from here from their Thanksgiving meal they were doing over the holiday - can I just tell you IT WAS OUTSTANDING!!! Truly I hate cooking for Thanksgiving and every year since we have moved from NYC about 6 years ago we have tried countless places during the holidays and this place was by far the absolute best we have ever had! All our family agreed as well! The turkey was so moist and perfectly cooked, the stuffing oh my god , I did not think stuffing could taste this freaking good everything absolutely everything was phenomenal!!! Truly hoping they accept catering orders again for Christmas ! Highly recommend !

Sisao prepared an amazing meal that made me wish I had more vegetables. The steak was on point and the arugula salad was fresh and lively. It was a bit chilly that evening but the desserts made it worthwhile.

Chef Brian Held is a Culinary Institute of America distinguished graduate. Over 25 years of experience in fine dining and catering. Owner and executive chef of over five restaurants during those years. Loves to cook a variety of menu items with a specialty in Italian, French and regional American cuisine.
