- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of my prices are listed on my Travel Spa Menu which is available upon request. I require a deposit for all appointments scheduled. I accept Venmo, Cashapp, Paypal & Square.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will reach out to a new customer via Thumbtack. After initial questions to find out if we are a good fit we can exchange photos of the project or special request etc. I usually like to exchange phone numbers so I can give the client a consultation via call or text. Once date and time is agreed upon a deposit is collected, address is sent and an appointment is booked. An appointment confirmation is sent to the customer via Fresha app.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was educated in New Jersey as an Esthetician. I am an AVEDA trained Esthetician and Makeup Artist. I am Licensed in New Jersey and Pennsylvania as an Esthetician. I am a Certified Cosmetic Laser Technician. I am also Certified in Microdermabrasion, Dermaplaning, and Chemical Peels.
