Fantastic! Sanic Construction did an outstanding job with the exhaust fans in my home. My master bathroom didn’t have an exhaust vent at all, and Alex installed a brand-new system in the attic, connected it to the existing pipe, and brought it cleanly through the ceiling. The work was quick, efficient, and extremely thorough. He also upgraded two additional bathroom fans for me. The new units were larger, so he carefully enlarged the openings, removed the old fans, and installed the new vents perfectly. Everything looks seamless and works great. I reached out yesterday, and Alex was able to come today and complete all three jobs. Incredible responsiveness, professional work, and excellent quality. I couldn’t be happier and highly recommend Sanic Construction!

Look no further! Call Alex with Sanik Construction. Alex will be our go to contractor and handyman for life. Alex is HONEST, fairly priced and does exquisite work as a licensed contractor. We passed all township inspections and have had neighbors walk up to our house at random to comment on how beautiful our backyard came out and to ask for Alex’s phone number. After doing such a beautiful job building our deck, gazebo, stairs and fence we hired Alex again to redo our kitchen floors.Through rain and heat I’ve never seen someone work so hard and pay such careful attention to detail. Alex works smart but without cutting corners. I will recommend him over and over again.
