Ken was flexible in setting up an inspection appointment at my convenience. His company offers a number of additional services - we got a tank sweep and sewer scope in additional to the regular inspection. Ken was thorough and attentive to detail during the inspection, all of which was reflected in the inspection report. Ken then made himself available to walk me through the report after I reviewed it, and patiently answered all of my questions.
