FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is affordable. My goal has never been to dig into people’s pockets. With my service you are getting my experience and knowledge and a plan that is personally developed for you! I am reliable and consistent and will not waste your money or time. I do offer military and first responder discounts as well as group rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A typical process begins with an interview to discuss your lifestyle, your current activity level and diet as well as any injuries. We then discuss goals or desired areas of improvement. During the first session I assess to see what your body is comfortable and struggles with including weights and form.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied exercise science at Rowan University and became a certified personal trainer 10 years ago. In the past ten years I have developed valuable knowledge about all body types and modifications as well as a nutrition, kettle bell and two different kinds of personal training certifications.
