- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is transparent and reasonable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will reach out within a day of getting a request to discuss the customer's needs and answer any questions. I prefer this personal interaction to an automated scheduling system because I can ensure I understand the job and can come prepared to do it right.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in music, and have trained with several expert piano tuners. I am a member of the Piano Technician's Guild.
