What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As architects, to maintain our licenses we spend time on continuing education to keep on top of new products and methods of construction. Since we are also members of the American Institute of Architects, our education requirements focus on the health, safety and welfare of building occupants. We also focus on sustainable construction methods.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We take pride in being able to work on a wide variety of projects. We work on new construction as well as renovations, additions, and reuse of old buildings for new purposes. We do residential, commercial, light industrial, restaurant, educational, municipal, and other building types.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
You can not just base your choice of a professional on price. Your home or business is probably one of your biggest assets. You have to be comfortable with the person and firm you will be entrusting your assets. This is one area not to try and cut corners. You will live with these decisions that are made for a very long time.
