- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is designed to be client friendly while covering my expenses and earning a fair wage for my experience and personalized approach to serving my client's needs. I also seek to build a relationship not just have a "one-off" gig! My price is all inclusive: event, travel and a 30-60 minute pre-event interview, by phone or in person, to best determine the client's specific needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At a minimum, we conduct a 30-60 minute pre-event interview, by phone or in-person, to best determine the client's specific needs. Depending on the type of client and location, I like to visit them and their team in-person, as I do for my sales consulting work. It gives me an insight that I believe is invaluable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Vito Mazza is a skillful speaker/emcee/presenter; a positive, values-based leader, and a warm and engaging communicator. As an experienced educator (High School English Teacher), he is an accomplished trainer and panelist on a variety of topics: leadership, sales, trust, cash flow, literacy, public speaking, customer service, and field coaching. Vito is a highly regarded Reader/Lector at his church. He is a popular singer and actor in local community theater. He also admits to being more than a little bit of a Karaoke addict!
