I had an absolutely great experience with Hector for my front step repair project. Hector gave a very fair price and came almost immediately to give an estimate. The start date was only a few days later and Hector was completely transparent the whole time about timeline and materials.
I am extremely happy with this project because many contractors proposed only replacing the veneer while Hector essentially rebuilt the steps down to the blocks. This is exactly what was needed and I greatly appreciate Hectors transparency and work ethic to do the right thing. Hector also helped us choose a beautiful veneer which complements our house really well. During the demo, Hector also discovered dry rotted wood under the door and promptly let me know the cost to replace it. Once demo was done, everything was meticulously cleaned up.
Overall, I am extremely pleased with this project and would absolutely recommend Hector for any project and plan on doing so myself in the future. Take a look at the pictures and see the work quality for yourself.
