- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the different situations of a roof and the size of the work that needs to be done. We offer financing as low as $99 a month and can even offer discounts for Senior Citizens and match competitor prices or beat it 99% of the time!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer reaches out to us, we would figure out a time as to when a new customer is available so that one of our project managers/estimators can stop by and take a look at the work that needs to be done. We usually do estimates on the spots with measurements unless something else is needed in regards to getting supplies information if we do not have that on hand. Upon ourselves being chosen as the Construction Company for the project, we would provide our business license and insurance information as well as documentation stating that we guarantee the work being performed. When that is provided and we have a signed agreement between the property owner and our company - where we situate a time to start the work. Most roof projects take one to three days to replace - max, while some larger ones or projects that are more complicated may take a bit longer. After the work is completed successfully we would receive final payment of the work being done from the property owner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are Siplast Certified for all commmercial and Industrial roofs. which is the high high end of the Roofing business. We are GAF Certified and it is for all Steep Slope Roofing - for shingles, tiles, metal work. We are also Atlas/ 3M Certified for all Steep Slope Roofing for Shingles and Designer Shingles as well. We are Mastic Elite Siding Installers with the right equipment in house as well as all Roofing.
