What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I get a thorough explanation regarding their specific situation. Then I meet with them via zoom or in person whichever is most convenient for the customer. From there, we work our scope of work and timing

Bachelors in Accounting and a minor in Finance with 15 years relevant experience
