Our pricing is structured as defined packages based on project scope, complexity, and required deliverables. Architectural services are tailored to each project. Each proposal reflects your specific goals, regulatory requirements, and the level of documentation needed for permitting and construction. Our drawing sets are developed to support smooth approvals and give contractors the clarity needed for accurate, reliable pricing. Optional 3D renderings and digital walkthroughs are scoped separately based on level of detail and number of views required. We ensure you understand exactly what is included so expectations are aligned from day one.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After receiving your inquiry, we schedule a brief consultation call to review your goals, budget range, timeline, and property conditions. We then assess any zoning or permitting considerations and define the level of documentation required. Based on that, we prepare a clear proposal outlining scope, deliverables, and next steps. Once approved, we move into design development and any required municipal coordination. Our process is built around establishing clarity early so the project moves forward efficiently.
