UPDATE MAY 10, 2026 - Another year, another great maintenance And when I suggested there might be an issue with something, they found it, confirmed it and explained it to me. Still a happy contract customer!Update June 14, 2025 - Time marches on and so do they! Excellent company. Excellent employees on the phone and in person.Prompt return of phone calls. Prompt emergency visit when needed. Fixed problem lickety-split with good explanation and properly. Not only would use again but will use again for maintenance of system. UPDATE: 2024 Used again and again: prompt visit. When a problem with timing came back and finished as part of original visit. De-silted water heater and made sure AC okay although may need a good coil cleaning which is extra AS DISCUSSED. No lies here and show up when they say they will: MUCH more than many these days. Contract customer!

Air Temp Service co. I quickly sent over a specialist. The young man came over, quickly assessed the situation, measured the furnace room and provided me a number of options. Everyone was knowledgeable and offered appropriate solutions. After seeing their quotes, I believe their prices are fair and the payment options are workable for people in my situation.I have now had a Mitsubishi intelli heat air conditioning coil for about a year and it has seen 2 summer cooling seasons. The system functions well. Even on the hottest days the system operates pretty well. Also it allowed for the minimum amount of parts to be installed as I kept my old furnace. Finally the heat pump dual fuel system allows me to use the most efficient system depending on weather. In mild temperatures the heat pump supplies heat to the house and in the colder days, the gas furnace allows the system to keep up. I believe we only need gas heat less than 30 days a year with this system in northern. Jersey.
