Florian and his team are excellent! They’re consistently punctual, professional, and deliver outstanding work. Their service offers great value for both your money and time. Wow, what can I say about Florian and his construction army. Months ago, we contacted a contractor (that has Precision in their company name), to close in our porch under our deck. Precision they were not; we had leaks and shoddy work galore.LUCKILY, we contacted ArmyGroupConstruction. Floridan told us exactly what we needed done, gave us a reasonable price, and showed what was wrong with the prior contractor's work. He always calls back, has amazing communications skills, does exactly what he says, and more. He is honest, knowledgeable, open-minded, truthful, and always finds the best solution to problems.In a nutshell, he rescued our deck/porch!His team is simply amazing. They are skilled, careful, good people, and thorough. They constantly review their work if any issues or hiccups (which were none) occur.The finished deck looks amazing and inside is so much better and....NO MORE LEAKS.Also, they improved the look of the exterior too, adding soffits, and metal to protect the house and making it look clean, and beautiful. The same with the interior. Amazing work and craftsmanship. They go the extra mile. Their clean-up (unlike the other contractor) was perfect.I highly recommend Florian (the consummate professional), who is also a licensed electrician), and ArmyGroupConstruction for any work to be done.
