I very much appreciate the fact that Frank went above and beyond the scope of the assignment! Where another contractor might try to take advantage, Frank took the time to explain why a repair would suffice, rather the the cost of replacement. He even went so far as to repair some flashing, unrelated to the gutters, in an effort to ensure I was satisfied. I plan to do additional business with Emily Home Improvement in the near future… Highly Recommended!
