Lucas was an amazing technician. This job was very difficult because the dismantled treadmill parts had to be moved through a series of doors that were too narrow for the individual pieces to pass through. Lucas never lost his cool. He kept finding ways to accomplish the job. He was patient, knowledgeable and creative and never lost focus.
