Here’s what you can expect when working with us: Initial Contact & Inquiry We start by understanding your needs. Whether you reach out through Thumbtack, or a direct call, we’ll ask a few questions about the job so we can get a sense of your vision and timeline. Project Assessment & Estimate Depending on the task, we may be able to provide a flat-rate quote immediately, or we may schedule a quick visit (or virtual consult) to assess the details and provide an accurate estimate with no hidden fees. Scheduling Once we agree on scope and pricing, we’ll lock in a time that works for you. We show up on time, ready to work, with professionalism and respect for your home. Execution & Quality Work From start to finish, we keep communication open. We take pride in clean, precise work—whether it's a small repair, an installation, or a full renovation. Final Walkthrough & Satisfaction Before wrapping up, we walk through the completed work with you to ensure everything meets your expectations. Your satisfaction isn’t just a goal—it’s the standard. I’ve built my career on a strong foundation of hands-on experience, professional certifications, and ongoing training. As the owner of Stellar Home Services, I’ve spent years mastering the trades through real-world projects—everything from home renovations and maintenance to precision installations and repairs. In addition to on-the-job experience, I’ve completed specialized training in: Electrical and plumbing fundamentals Drywall, painting, and carpentry Appliance installation (including gas and electric) Smart home and AV systems OSHA safety standards and building codes My commitment to craftsmanship isn’t a hobby—it’s a full-time profession backed by a relentless drive to stay sharp, solve problems, and deliver the kind of quality you’d expect from someone who treats every project like it’s their own home.
