We used Kimo for our daughter's sweet 16 birthday party - Westchester New York to midtown Manhattan drop off in May 2023 - we had the party bus that easily fits 15-20 people, and everything was seamless and smooth from start to finish ...
Kimo reached out directly after the initial request and sent pictures of the vehicle inside and out ... sent a quote electronically and then a contract to sign electronically and we were booked an hour after reaching out.
Our driver (Ian) was terrific and arrived 30 minutes early and got the girls setup with Bluetooth access to the music and told them to play is as loud as they wanted ... the girls had a blast and we arrived at our destination ahead of schedule and were on our way.
Thanks to Kimo and Ian, we will be return customers for sure!

Kimo Limo made my birthday so memorable! We took a party bus to Medieval Times and everyone had an amazing time. The price was competitive, the vehicle was clean and cool, and our driver was funny friendly and professional! The communication was great too before, during, and after the booking. I highly recommend them for any special event!

Great experience with Kimo Limo. From the beginning, he was very responsive in providing me with availability and a quote for the day that I needed his service. His prices for 5 hours (which is standard) were $200-$300 cheaper than what I can find through other companies. We negotiated the contract which seemed fair. Again, he was quick to respond so there wasn't really any waiting around to hear back from him. The day the event happened, he arrived a few minutes early which was great. He was very professional. The trip into NY was pleasant. At the end of the day, he was outside the restaurant ready to pick us up to go home. He took some time out of the drive to go through Time Square to give the kids a nice experience seeing the sights. We got home with no problem. The trip went about 45 minutes over but he didn't charge us. He said while we were discussing the contract that he wouldn't nickel and dime us and he kept to his word. I would absolutely hire Kimo again for our next limo/party bus adventure!

The bus was SO fun, perfect for the occasion and very comfortable even on the highway. The driver was spectacular, super considerate kind and punctual. I was a little nervous paying so much over the internet without meeting anyone in person, but it went perfectly and was well priced for the experience. We loved it and it was absolutely crucial in retrospect for our party. I can’t reccomend enough!
