- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of the prices we provide you are based on the descriptions you've provided. As normal, if there is more to do than what you specified, we will charge extra. But, don't worry, we offer low prices all year round!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple after you provided your information and you get a price, simply send us your address, phone number, email and 3 possible dates that you'll like your service to be completed on. After that leave the rest to us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are highly trained in the services they'll provide.
