I cannot say enough good things about the service! They were incredibly detail oriented and took their time to provide the best service. They were also super accommodating to us working from home and our dogs being in the house all at once. On of my favorite things about speaking with Brandon was how well he listened when I mentioned which rooms I wanted them to pay close attention to.

They came at a time fitting my schedule and immediately went to work. They asked what some of my main concerns were when it came to the job and took the extra time to focus on that. On top of the overall cleanliness, they organized every little item back to where they originally were to make it easier for me to find things again. I thought they would need to use my cleaning supplies but they came fully stocked with everything and even polished my wood floors before they left. Worth the cost to see them clean places that haven’t been touched in ages.

To make it brief, he was very polite and respectful. I also had a lot of clothes to hang, which was when he spent most time, and I am thankful for that. However, he appeared to be rushing to go do another job. He did a surface job, without details and neatness. Overall, he mopped, but if one looks, some tiny areas were not done, properly. He loaded all the big pots in the dishwasher; I had asked him to do my bed, by pulling the brand new sheet, I put two days before, he did not listen, he removed the previous sheets, and just covered the bed with two comforters and left two pillows with the previous pillow case and the other two pillows without pillow case. and me, I was so busy, I did not check until he left.
