Introduction: I'm a 500-hour yoga instructor, FRC mobility specialist, and certified personal trainer. In 2019 I completed a 100-hour anatomy and biomechanics training led by physical therapists that incorporates PT science with yoga movement philosophy. I combine what I've learned in my various training disciplines to create a yoga and training style that will benefit you and your goals most effectively. You'll get stronger and more flexible, but more importantly, you'll be able to use what we work on together outside of your yoga and training practice, and you'll see a change in your daily life and when doing the activities you love most.

Kate is an excellent coach . She builds individual program based on your level of ability and centers it around your problem areas. She understands the internal workings of muscles and nerves, and makes sure your form is safe and stable. She is very personable and easy to connect with. After many years I feel like I am talking to a friend. I recommend her highly

Kate's classes are awesome! She will guide you through exactly what you are meant to be doing and will introduce you to the tricky poses you never thought you could do. She is patient, so encouraging and explains movement in a way that is easy to understand and, in my experience, often left out in yoga classes. I 100% recommend!

I have never met a yoga instructor who understands the body like Kate. I have suffered with injuries for years and seen countless physiotherapists, chiropractors and doctors with no real solution. After just one session I understood more about my body than ever before. Through working with Kate, not only am I currently pain free, I know and understand how best to prevent these injuries from popping back up. Not only has her understanding of the body helped with my pain/pain management, it’s helped me get into asanas I would never have dreamed I could. Inversions, balances, arm balances and binds are all just a standard part of my practice thanks to her help (and all over a computer screen!) If I ever have questions or problems, Kate is more than happy to answer. She goes above and beyond for her clients and I am very thankful I came across her on Instagram!

Kate offers so many excellent options for practicing yoga. Her online studio has an extensive library of professional videos of entire classes of varying length for beginners through advanced students plus deep dives on specific poses. The Zoom classes enable Kate to actually see you and correct you - to really teach. You also have an opportunity to be part of a community. Private sessions allow you to have one on one time to focus on your goals. Kate will always encourage you to try the hard poses and figure out a way to modify and help you get there. Thanks to Kate I am more flexible and mobile and can do some movements that are surprising me. The yoga nidra sessions are so refreshing. I cannot say enough about her as a teacher and her wonderful energy and attitude. She loves what she does and it shows.

Kate is my first yoga teacher, she is very welcoming & funny. She has a very relaxed method of teaching which I find great. She knows that our bodies aren't all built the same and if your body doesn't want to do a certain position then she helps you into a position that's best for your body. We have steady flow classes but then she likes to challenge us in arm balances and inversions! She is a great teacher and I would certainly recommend her!
