My skills and personality traits that I feel are most important and make me a stand-out tutor are confidence, patience, creativity, and the abilities to listen and understand students' needs and identify potential areas for improvement, to explain material and problem solutions clearly and effectively, and to maintain an optimistic and motivational attitude for the student. The reason why I am such a successful tutor is my goal is to get the student to acheive mastery of the material and get better grades and I won't stop until the student reaches this goal. Getting students more interested in the subject material, the lightbulb turning on sensation when a student understands a new or misunderstood problem or concept, impressing parents and students, and seeing my students succeed and improve their understanding and confidence with the subject material.
