My skills and personality traits that I feel are most important and make me a stand-out tutor are confidence, patience, creativity, and the abilities to listen and understand students' needs and identify potential areas for improvement, to explain material and problem solutions clearly and effectively, and to maintain an optimistic and motivational attitude for the student. The reason why I am such a successful tutor is my goal is to get the student to acheive mastery of the material and get better grades and I won't stop until the student reaches this goal.
