FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always try to be upfront and transparent about pricing. Before starting any work, I provide a detailed estimate that breaks down the costs, including parts and labor. If anything unexpected comes up, I make sure to communicate it right away so there are no surprises. My goal is to give fair pricing and good value for quality work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I work with a new customer, I start by listening carefully to what they need and inspecting the job or project site. Then I explain what needs to be done, provide an estimate, and answer any questions. Once they agree, I schedule the work and make sure to keep them updated throughout the job. After finishing, I double-check everything to ensure it’s working properly and leave the area clean.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been doing plumbing and heating works for over 15 years now. I started with an apprenticeship and worked my way up. Over the years, I’ve handled a wide range of jobs—everything from simple leak repairs to full system installs. That experience helps me find solutions quickly and get the job done right the first time.
