If I could give this company a one-star review, I would. They initially responded and promised to come out in a few days. However, upon arrival, they called me and mentioned needing to consult their boss before proceeding, assuring me they’d call back in five minutes. Unfortunately, they never did. Despite calling the office three times and being assured of a callback, it never happened. It’s baffling why a business would bother to come out for a quote only to fail to provide one.

Hey Jason, I’m sorry that you experienced this unfortunately, the office is closed on Sundays, and the estimator that was sent out could not reach me. I apologize if you are still interested of a quote. I’m more than happy to send you one this morning while my office is open during normal business hours. We try to respond and provide quotes as quick as possible but it being the weekend it gets difficult to respond as quick as we normally do during normal business hours. Thank you

Quincy was very confident in his work and made me feel comfortable over the phone quoted me a very fair price out of 3 companies and with that we hired Parkway Pavers to Resurface our Driveway they showed up a day earlier and The Whole Crew Very Professional and Courteous no messing around they came to my house and Started to work immediately everyone knew what their job was and all worked together they were done in a couple hours we’ve received many compliments from friends and neighbors before and after pictures show the difference
