I had several issues with my elliptical machine that required Steve to come out and perform service on it several times. I found Steve to be very professional, possessing lots of product and industry knowledge, and extremely flexible in terms of working with me and my schedule to set up times that would be convenient for both of us. Steve kept me informed at every stage of the process and let me know exactly what he was doing, why he was doing it, and what result(s) I should expect. There were multiple issues including the manufacturer refusing to send out all of the necessary parts to complete the repair. This did not deter Steve and he was a tireless advocate to make sure that the repairs were both complete and comprehensive. In the end it was not possible to repair the item completely and, once again, Steve proved his value by advising me of my options that were available to me and pointing out the reasons why it could not be repaired. It certainly was not due to lack of effort or knowledge. It was a pleasure working with Steve and I highly recommend him for any repair or maintenance service that one needs. One final thing, Steve will always either answer the phone or get back to you within a day and that is rare in this industry.

If it was possible to give Steve and his crew more than 5 stars, I would! I hired Steve and his crew to assist in moving and assembling a professional office suite, and, despite the last minute arrangements and complications, they were nothing short of outstanding! From Steve's impressive responsiveness and attention to detail in arranging for the move, to going well ABOVE AND BEYOND that which he was hired to do in order to help us ensure that our office was ready to open the following day, Steve and his assistants, Emily and Jeff, were incredibly friendly, professional, attentive to detail, and talented. Their work was absolutely OUTSTANDING and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone or use them again.

I needed help with assembling my new bed frame and bedroom dresser I recently bought online. While most of my online purchases are easy assembled by me, these two particular products needed more professional hands. I received many replies to my thumbtack request for the same and luckily I picked Steven's company. Right from the start, Steven was professional, courteous and direct in his communication as well as diligent in his onsite work. Even though my work schedule only permitted a late evening appointment, Steven and his buddy, Ryan, were more than accommodating and arrived promptly to begin there work. I had no troubles understanding what they were doing and what I should expect the end result to be. I also received advise on how to fix other issues regarding plumbing and home improvement. Having professional commitment yet an amicable demure is Steven's noteworthy quality, which is sadly missing in most of today's home services companies. I will be calling on him again as need be. Thanks for your help!
